Adult Students Today is a must-read for college administrators who want to better understand adult students and what it takes to attract them to your institution. More than 75,000 households were screened to locate Americans 25 years of age or older who had recently enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and noncredit programs.
As the College Board's landmark earlier studies focused on the transitions and trigger events that bring millions of adults back to school, this study examined once again two decades later the reasons and timing of adult learning.
